SÉMILLON

Our inaugural vintage of Sémillon is a wine to talk about. Textured and crisp, on the nose this wine is rich with aromas of apricots and guava mixed with more unique notes of underripe stone fruits. On the palate, it showcases an abundance of lemon and grapefruit, finishing with a light touch of salinity.

Half of this wine was fermented on the skins, a process that contributes not only to the beautiful pale golden color but also gives the wine rusticity and weight. It stands up beautifully to a roast chicken dinner or can be enjoyed on its own for a lovely summertime afternoon.

The ’22 was the first vintage we harvested, making these some of our younger vines at just 4 years old.

Unfined and unfiltered.
