THE NAME
Sam Brannan was not only the founder of Calistoga, but he played a pivotal role in transforming The Napa Valley into the hospitality and wine growing destination it is today. He may be best known for his legendary Hot Spring Resort, but he was also one of the first people in Calistoga to produce wine commercially. Naming our wine “Brannan” is our way of raising a glass to this legendary founder.

OUR PROCESS
UNFILTERED & UNFINED…
The majority of our grapes come from 50+-year-old, dry-farmed vines. They’ve found harmony in their natural surroundings and need less manicuring – already finding their balance and knowing their purpose. At Brannan Wines, we make our wine in harmony with that balance.
